Barbara E. Quigley, 86, of Pennington Gap went to be with the Lord on Saturday, August 26, 2023 at Ridgecrest Nursing Home.

Barbara is preceded in death by her parents, Dewey and Estel Russell; sons, Stevie Gibson, Albert Gibson, and Billy Gibson; sister, Sis Russell; brothers, Don Russell, Alfred Russell, and Tommy Russell.

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, John Quigley; sons, Frankie Delph and Tommy Delph; daughter, Carolyn Gibson; 21 grandchildren; brothers, Charlie Russell and Lewis Russell; sisters, Louise Russell, Rosa Lee Trent, Margaret Russell, and Monnie Farley; along with several great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Tuesday, September 5, 2023 at Pennington Gap Funeral Home. A memorial service will follow with Pastor Bob Maggard officiating.
