Obituary Barbara Jean Mullins age 64 of Jonesville, VA was born June 7, 1958 in Harlan, KY and passed away October 30, 2022 at her home. She was preceded in death by her parents Grant and Louise Noe and one sister Nancy Smith. Barbara is survived by two sons Roy Mullins and wife, Brittany of Jonesville, VA, Jimmy Mullins and wife, Ashley of Pennington Gap, VA, four grandchildren Madison, Jalin, Laken and Jase. She is also survived by two brothers Sammy Noe of Cawood, KY, Junior Noe and wife, Donna of Cawood, KY, two sisters Francis Smith and husband, Raymond of Smith, KY and Joyce Reed of Kentucky. A graveside will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday November 5, 2022 at Cooper Cemetery in Pennington Gap, VA with John Britton officiating.
