Arthur Howard Mayne age 82 of Tipp City, OH was born Tuesday, May 15, 1934 in Whitley County, KY and passed away Monday, May 8, 2017 at the Upper Valley Medical Center in Troy, OH. He retired from General Motors in 1983. He was a Free Mason and of the Baptist Faith. He was preceded in death by his wife of 49 years Joyce Mayne, parents Ben and Crity Mayne, one sister Ada Beams and a brother Jim Mayne. Arthur is survived by his son Kevin and wife, Alicia of Tipp City, OH, one daughter Kim Mayne of Columbus, OH, three grandchildren Katelyn, Kendall and Haily all of Tipp City, OH. He is also survived by one brother Bill Mayne of Kentucky, three sisters Breta Conley of Ohio, Martha Lawson of Kentucky and Marcella Faulkner of Tennessee. Visitation will be from 12:00 to 1:00 PM Saturday, May 13, 2017 at the Province Funeral Home in Pennington Gap, VA. A service will follow at the Robbins Chapel Cemetery with Paul Davis, Jr. officiating.
