Arnold Franklin Smith, Jr., 66, of Pennington Gap passed away on Thursday, July 6, 2023 at Lonesome Pine hospital.

Arnold was born on June 17, 1957 in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Arnold Franklin Smith, Sr. and Nettie Pauline Maness.

Along with his parents he is preceded in death by his brother, Donald Wayne Smith.

Arnold is survived by his brothers, Raymond Earl Smith, Johnnie Ray Smith, William James Smith; sisters, Lola Ridner and Lona Counts; along with several nieces and nephews.

All services will be private.
