Obituary April Elizabeth Lawson age 54 of Keokee, VA was born in McDowell, KY on Monday, March 9, 1964 and passed away Monday, May 7, 2018 at the Johnson City Medical Center. She had worked in the deli department at Food City and was of the Baptist Faith. She was preceded in death by her parents Dewey Gene and Daisy Collins. April is survived by her husband Marvin Lawson of Johnson City, TN, one son Steven Lawson and wife, Valerie of Keokee, VA, grandchildren Briana Lawson, Bethany Lawson and Hailee Huffman all of Keokee, VA, two brothers John David Collins of Hi Hat, KY and Dewey Gene Collins, Jr. Hi Hat, KY. Visitation will be from 11:00 to 12:00 PM Friday, May 11, 2018 at the Province Funeral Home Sanctuary in Pennington Gap, VA. Funeral service will be held at 12:00 noon Friday.
