Anthony Dale Slayton, 64, went to be with the Lord on September 23, 2024 at Holston Valley Medical Center. He was born on December 30, 1959 in Covington, Virginia.

Anthony was preceded in death by his parents, Stephen Hoke and Phyllis Slayton Wallen.

Those left to cherish his memory include, his sons, Paul Jared Slayton and Brandon Fee; a brother, William Slayton and a half brother, Mike Hoke; 4 sisters, Pamela Logsdon, Cathy Garrett, Donna Sergent, and Michelle Schmitt; along with several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 7, 2024 at 1:00 PM at Lee Memorial Gardens. Family and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery by 12:30 PM.
