Anthony (Tony) Bishop Castle age 32 of the Wallens Ridge Community was born Friday, November 9, 1984 in Big Stone Gap, VA and passed away at his home on Wednesday, September 27, 2017. He was caregiver for Public Partnership and attended the Pendleton's Freewill Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents Mae and Lawrence Castle and maternal grandparents Martha and Dewey Fritz, special cousin James Lane and special friend Phil Gilliam. Anthony is survived by his mother Adine Bishop and father Cecil Castle both of the Wallens Ridge Community, two brothers Ricky Bishop and wife, Karen of Dryden, VA and Roy Bishop and wife, Tonya of Stickleyville, VA, three sisters Janet Lane and husband, Roy of Dryden, VA, Debbie Wells and husband, Greg of Pennington Gap, VA and Doris Calton and husband, Ronald of Weber City, VA. He is also survived by his great nieces and nephews who he considered his children Adam Haley and Hannah Skidmore, Evan Tritt, Aidyn Wallen, Gavin Stafford, Case Newton and Ryder Galliher, also several nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held at 8:00 PM Sunday, October 1, 2017 at the Province Funeral Home Sanctuary in Pennington Gap, VA with Paul Davis, Jr. officiating. Visitation will be from 6:00 PM Sunday until the time of the service. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM Monday, October 2, 2017 at Lee Memorial Gardens in Woodway, VA. Family and friends are asked to meet at the funeral home at 10:00 AM Monday to go to the cemetery.
