Obituary Amanda Renee Belcher age 45 of Pennington Gap, VA was born April 2, 1977, and passed away April 19, 2022. She is survived by her loving husband Joseph Belcher of the home, her parents Ray and Moveta Keltner of Rose Hill, VA, two sons Charlie Mullins and fianc Jessie of Lee County, VA, Micah Mullins and girlfriend Hannah of Woodway, VA, one stepson Austin Belcher of Kingmond, AZ and one stepdaughter Kayla Belcher of Corbin, KY; one granddaughter Amelia Mullins, one brother Jamie Keltner and wife Miranda of Middlesboro, KY, one sister April Nuxoll of Hagen, VA and fianc Jamin Ledger. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until 12:00 at Province Funeral Home in Pennington Gap, VA on Friday, April 22, 2022 A funeral service will be held at 12:00 noon Friday with Steve Neff officiating.
