Obituary Allene Virginia Shepard age 81 of Pennington Gap, VA was born November 25, 1940 in Lee County, VA. She was preceded in death by her parents Howard and Opal Herron. Allene is survived by her husband of 55 years Charles Shepard of the home, two sons Rick Fisher of Pennington Gap, VA and Tim Shepard of Pennington Gap, VA, five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her special friends Sharon Shepard, Barbara Fisher, Faye Parsons and Donna Parsons. Visitation will be from 12:00 until 1:00 PM Monday, May 23, 2022 at Province Funeral Home in Pennington Gap, VA. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM Monday with Paul Davis, Jr. officiating.
