Alana Grace Pennington, age 12, daughter of Terry and Lisa Pennington of Pennington Gap, VA was born in Richmond, VA on Sunday, June 6, 2004 and went to be with the Lord on Friday, September 2, 2016 at the Wellmont Lonesome Pine Hospital in Big Stone Gap, VA. Alana attended the Harvest Worship Center in Harlan, KY. Among her parents, Alana is also survived by several brothers, sisters, three nieces and one nephew but loved by so many. She loved to hear laughter of others, kids playing, going to school and church. Funeral services will be held at 4:00 P.M. Sunday, September 4, 2016 in the Province Funeral Home Sanctuary in Pennington Gap with Ronald Bo Lee officiating. Visitation will be held from 2:00 P.M. until time of services. Burial will follow at the Woodard-Crusenberry Family Cemetery. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
